@JROC_860 Rookie of the year !?!

If you have been in Honda drag racing for the past 5 years, more than likely you have heard of New England motors and seen the quality of cars to come out of the location. The man behind those builds is Jordan Costello aka Jroc. While it may feel like he jumped on the scene when New England Motors first took off, that is not at all the case; Jroc has worked at Honda dealerships as a master tech and has built cars since he was a kid.

To be clear, this was not Jroc’s first go at M1. He had a slate gray EG with a head package competing against the best in class. But like all good things that skip leg day, it came to an end. Stock bottom just couldn’t go rounds.

After establishing Jroc Built, Jordan thought it would be a good time to attempt it again, and he wasn’t wrong! He debuted at Pan Ams and caught everyone’s attention with a 9.39 off of the trailer. He continued to dominate and came home with 1st place.

His performance at HDAY showed his ability to be consistent after his qualifying round beating veteran Chris Sellars and due to a rain out taking home the second place trophy. Only time will tell what’s in store for the World Cup Finals , but we know one thing… if you line up against him, get your trailer packed and ready in case.
